Nina Fauser joined GVZH Advocates as a legal trainee in July 2020, focusing on Intellectual Property and Copyright matters, Competition law, Data Protection and Employment law. Nina also has a particular interest in the fields of Real Estate and Environmental law, with a focus on Renewable Energy matters.
Education & Court admissions
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and is currently reading for her Masters in Advocacy with the University of Malta. In 2019, Nina participated in the Erasmus exchange programme, where she spent a semester furthering her studies in Brussels, Belgium, at the ‘Universite Libre de Bruxelles’.
During her time at University, Nina was involved in one of the largest European Law student organisations, ELSA, where she held the position of President of ELSA Malta for the term 2018/2019.
Nina is fluent in English and Maltese, and has a basic understanding of German, French and Italian.
