Bio

Dirk joined GVZH in October 2020. As a Corporate Services Officer his responsibilities are handling incorporations, preparation/editing of statutory documentation and correspondence, filings of company’s changes, opening bank accounts and liaising with clients and their advisers.

Education

Dirk holds a diploma in Information and Technology at MCAST Institute of Information and Communication Technology and also a Cambridge diploma In Hotel Operations and Management.

Languages

Dirk is fluent in English and Maltese.
