Maltese Owner (Individual or Company)

In order to apply for provisional registration, the following documentation and details must be submitted in respect of a Maltese owner:

• Application for Registration Form;
• Declaration of Ownership Form;
• International Tonnage Certificate; – if applicable;
• Certificate of Survey;
• Mortgage Confirmation; – if applicable;
• Bill of Sale;
• Next of Kin form;
• Declaration of Conformity – if applicable;
• EU Type Certificate –if applicable;
• Anti fouling Declartaion if yacht is more than 24 metres and with a gross tonnage less than 400;
• Payment of Relative Fees and other ancillary charges;
• Memorandum & Articles of Association (if the owner is a Company);
• Good Standing Certificate (if the owner is a Company).
