Movies & film

The industry is supported by the Malta Film Commission, a governmental institution set up in 2000 with the aims of supporting Malta’s film-making community, and focussing on the reliability and attractiveness of the film servicing sector. Since the Commission’s inception, several financing incentives have been introduced targeted at the movie industry, attracting significant foreign direct investment to the islands.

The GVZH team has acted for Universal, Paramount, Columbia, CBS, Fox, Apple, Regent and Amblin, handling all Maltese legal aspects of the production during their shooting on the islands:
