Jeanelle Cachia

Jeanelle focuses on company law practice and regularly assists and advises local and international clients in corporate, fiduciary, and trust matters. She has been actively involved in the drafting and negotiation of complex share transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of international commercial transactions.

Jeanelle also forms part of the firm’s litigation department advising clients on corporate, finance, commercial, and civil law matters including professional indemnity claims, tort actions and personal injuries.


Jeanelle was called to the bar in 2012 following completion of the law course at the University of Malta in 2011. During her final year of studies, Jeanelle studied European Judicial Systems and Anglo-American Company Law at the Universita` degli studi Roma Tre, Rome, Italy, as part of the ERASMUS Direct Exchange Programme. In furtherance of her studies Jeanelle read for a Masters in Financial Services at the University of Malta and was awarded the degree in December 2015.


Jeanelle is fluent in English, Italian and Maltese.
