Pamela Dingli

Bio

Pamela has extensive experience in Maltese employment law, especially within the Maltese Public Service. She has been involved in the drafting of employment national laws, including transposition of EU directives, and their interpretation, as well as the enforcement and prosecution before the Court of Magistrates. Her work also included European and International elements through her participation at the Council’s Social Questions Working Party and EU Commission meetings on the implementation of Directives. She co-chaired and coordinated the EU Group at the International Labour Organization Conference during Malta’s 2017 EU Presidency.

Pamela remains committed to offer expert legal advice based on the evolving employment and industrial relations issues.

Education & Court Admissions 

Graduated Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar in 2005. She graduated Magister Juris in European and Comparative Law (2006), focusing on employee participation at the workplace.

Languages 

Pamela is fluent in Maltese, English and Italian.
