Nicky Azzopardi

Bio

Nicky joined the firm in November 2024 as an associate mainly focused on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and financial services.

With over 8 years’ experience focusing on the legal aspect of the corporate and financial industry, with a focus on funds and investment management, Nicky also has a background in the iGaming industry and experiences within the European Parliament as well.

Nicky graduated from the University of Malta with a Doctor of Laws in 2015 and has looked to keep abreast of all local regulatory updates with ongoing training in CSP operations, compliance and anti-money laundering aspects as well as other regulatory training from time to time.
