Bio
Erika joined GVZH Advocates on March 24, 2025. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna and she is a qualified lawyer.
With a career that began in tax and employment law, Erika expanded her expertise to insurance law, privacy law and GDPR. She has worked with top law firms and international corporations in multiple countries, gaining a wealth of experience in navigating complex legal landscapes. Her areas of practice include privacy, data protection and the evolving field of technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT). She has a strong interest in the legal challenges presented by emerging technologies and their impact across various industries.

Erika holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, Italy. Afterward, she passed the bar exam and became a qualified lawyer. Erika further developed her expertise in privacy, data protection and cyber security with a Master in Data Protection and EU Data Governance at the University of Milan, a Diploma in Data Protection & Cyber Security from TopLegal Italian Academy and a Professional Certificate in GDPR Administration from the National University of Ireland.
