Christine Borg Millo
Bio
Christine is a recently warranted Advocate at GVZH Advocates, and works within the Employment department at the firm. She has a keen interest in local, European and International Labour and Employment law and Human Management as well as Maritime Law and seafarer matters.
Education & Court Admissions
After graduating from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2022, she also completed her Master of Advocacy in September, 2023, graduating with Merit. She has since sat for the bar exam and obtained her Warrant to practice as an Advocate at the Courts of Malta.
Christine has also completed the EU Traineeships in the Secretariat (Schuman Traineeship) at the European Parliament in Brussels. Throughout this period, she worked in the Media and Communications team under the supervision of the Cabinet of the Presidency, Roberta Metsola.
During her final year of the Bachelor course, Christine spent a semester at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, as part of the ERASMUS+ Programme, where she studied Environmental and Energy Law, European Union Law and EU Criminal Law.
Christine was also involved in ELSA Malta during her time at University, , one of the largest European Law student organisations, as a student helper and also held the position for Vice-President for Seminars and Conferences for the term 2020/2021, coordinating several seminars which tackled a wide variety of legal topics such as Domestic Violence, Data Protection and Gaming Law.

Christine is fluent in both Maltese and English and has a basic understanding of Italian and French.
