Kimberly Mangion

Bio

Kimberly joined GVZH Trustees in October 2022 as a Corporate Services Executive. She has been working in the corporate services industry for a number of years.  Her knowledge, experience, role, and tasks in the Corporate Services sector have grown and changed over the years.

She has handled Corporate Services matters such as the administration of local companies, company incorporations, due diligence reviews, client onboarding processes, and assisting Maltese and non-Maltese registered companies with statutory changes and related requirements. She also works with regulatory bodies such as the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and banks, as well as tax authorities and the VAT Department.
