Hayley Ann Pisani

Bio

Hayley joined GVZH Advocates in July 2024 and currently forms part of the firm’s Compliance Department. She assists local and international clients with regulatory compliance matters and corporate governance requirements while continuing to develop her expertise in these areas.

Hayley also assists clients in corporate and fiduciary matters, including company administration, trust administration and related compliance matters.

Education & Court Admissions

Hayley graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2024 after submitting a dissertation titled ‘EU Sanctions against Russia: A Maritime Perspective’. As part of her undergraduate studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ programme at the Università degli Studi di Perugia in Italy.

She went on to obtain her Master of Advocacy degree in 2025 and subsequently passed the Maltese Bar examination in 2026, acquiring her warrant to practise as an Advocate before the Courts of Malta.

Hayley is fluent in both English and Maltese.
