Decoda comes with experience in both retail and mortgage. In retail, she focused on customer service, sales, and team collaboration, helping to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. As a mortgage officer, Decoda developed expertise in mortgage products, loan processing, and client relationship management, guiding clients through the home financing process with professionalism and attention to detail. This blend of retail and mortgage experience has enhanced her communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills. During the course of her past employments, Decoda was exposed to corporate and financial industries and expressed a great interest in building a career as a corporate governance professional. In the role of Corporate Services Administrator, Decoda is entrusted with day to day corporate administration of companies, annual filings and assisting the clients in general with any enquiries.
