Annah Chapelle Paleologo
Bio
Annah joined GVZH Advocates in November 2024 and currently forms part of the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Department, where she is actively developing her expertise.
Prior to joining GVZH Advocates, for six years Annah served as a legal intern in a law firm in Malta, gaining valuable experience in various areas of Law and Legal Administration. Throughout 2024, Annah completed three internships based in London, working with both an international law firm and a boutique commercial law firm, gaining valuable experience in international arbitration, commercial, corporate and intellectual property matters.
Education & Court Admissions
Annah graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in November 2024 after submitting a dissertation titled ‘Phoenix companies in the UK and evaluating the feasibility of the Phoenix company model in Malta’. As part of her undergraduate studies, Annah participated in the Erasmus+ programme at Rome Tre University in Rome.
She went on to obtain her Master of Advocacy in September 2025 and subsequently passed the Maltese Bar examination in 2026, acquiring her warrant to practice as an Advocate before the Courts of Malta.

Annah is fluent in both Maltese and English.
